By purchasing an alcoholic product, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase alcohol. CWD Enterprise or its delivery partners may request proof of age before releasing alcoholic products.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale or delivery of alcoholic products where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided or where the sale would otherwise be unlawful.
Alcohol should be consumed responsibly.

Submitting an order, purchase request or quotation request does not automatically constitute acceptance by CWD Enterprise.
All orders remain subject to:
-
product availability;
-
confirmation of pricing;
-
applicable minimum order quantities;
-
delivery arrangements;
-
payment terms; and
-
acceptance by CWD Enterprise.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been a pricing or product information error, insufficient stock, suspected fraudulent activity, a payment issue or another reasonable commercial or legal reason.
Where an order has already been paid and CWD Enterprise is unable to fulfil it, any refund due will be processed in accordance with the applicable circumstances and payment method.
5. Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may be subject to VAT and other applicable charges where required.
Wholesale, reseller and trade pricing may differ from prices displayed to general customers and may be subject to minimum quantities, pallet quantities, account terms or other commercial conditions.
CWD Enterprise may change its prices without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be dealt with according to the pricing accepted at the time of confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the relevant quotation, invoice or account agreement.
Unless credit terms have been approved in writing, CWD Enterprise may require payment in full before goods are released or dispatched.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Stock levels may change without notice, particularly for high-volume wholesale and reseller orders.
Where an ordered product is unavailable, CWD Enterprise may contact the customer regarding revised availability, an alternative product, partial fulfilment or cancellation of the affected item.
7. Delivery & Collection
Delivery dates and lead times provided by CWD Enterprise are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Delivery may be performed by CWD Enterprise, a transport contractor, courier or other logistics provider.
CWD Enterprise will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery arrangements but cannot guarantee delivery times where delays result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that an authorised person is available to receive the goods.
Where goods are collected, the customer or appointed transporter is responsible for verifying the quantities and condition of the goods at collection.
Risk in the products passes in accordance with the applicable quotation, invoice, delivery arrangement or agreed commercial terms.
8. Wholesale Customers & Resellers
Businesses may apply to purchase products from CWD Enterprise on wholesale or reseller terms.
Approval as a reseller, wholesaler or trade customer may be subject to verification of business information, applicable licences, expected volumes, territory, credit terms and other commercial requirements.
Approval as a reseller does not create an exclusive distribution arrangement unless exclusivity has been expressly agreed in writing by CWD Enterprise.
Resellers must comply with any applicable product, branding, marketing, distribution and regulatory requirements communicated by CWD Enterprise.
CWD Enterprise reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller or trade arrangements where agreed terms are not being followed.
9. Brand Ownership & Intellectual Property
The CWD Enterprise name, branding and associated material may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used without written permission.
Individual product brands displayed on this website may be owned by CWD Enterprise or by third parties represented or distributed by CWD Enterprise.
This includes brands such as Inkanyezi, Street Fever, Penguin Select, Steakhouse Red, Impilo Energy and Bhodla, where the applicable intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
Displaying a brand on this website does not grant any person a licence or right to reproduce or use that brand.
10. Product Use & Storage
Customers must follow all instructions, warnings, storage requirements and usage information appearing on the product packaging.
Food and beverage products must be stored and handled appropriately.
CWD Enterprise cannot be held responsible for deterioration or damage caused by incorrect storage, handling, transportation or use after the products have been delivered or collected.

Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: 23/09/2026
At CWD Enterprise (“CWD”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to supply quality products accurately and in good condition. This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which products purchased from CWD Enterprise may be returned, replaced or refunded.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, where applicable.
1. Eligible Returns
Products may qualify for return, replacement or refund where:
-
An incorrect product or quantity was supplied by CWD Enterprise.
-
The product was damaged before or during delivery.
-
The product is defective, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable for its intended purpose.
-
The product materially differs from the product ordered or agreed upon.
-
The product does not meet applicable quality requirements.
-
A return is otherwise required by applicable South African law.
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection.
2. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
If an order is delivered with visible damage, incorrect products or incorrect quantities, please notify CWD Enterprise as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Where possible, please provide:
-
Your order or invoice number.
-
The product name and quantity affected.
-
A description of the problem.
-
Photographs of damaged products, cartons or packaging.
-
Batch or lot numbers where applicable.
This information allows us to investigate and resolve the matter efficiently.
Notification periods stated in this policy do not limit any statutory rights available under applicable law.
3. Defective Products
Where a product is found to be defective or does not meet applicable quality standards, CWD Enterprise will assess the claim in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, qualifying consumers may have the right to return defective goods within the applicable statutory period and request an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
-
Replacement of the affected product; or
-
Refund of the amount paid for the affected product.
South Africa's statutory implied warranty of quality generally gives qualifying consumers rights concerning defective goods for six months after delivery.
4. Food & Beverage Products
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, CWD Enterprise cannot ordinarily accept products for return simply because the customer has changed their mind once the products have been opened, consumed, tampered with or are no longer suitable for resale.
This includes products such as:
-
Wine, spirits and ready-to-drink beverages.
-
Energy drinks and soft drinks.
-
Sauces and other food products.
-
Other consumable products supplied by CWD Enterprise.
This restriction does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or where applicable law provides the customer with a right of return.
5. Alcoholic Products
Alcoholic beverages must be returned unopened and in their original saleable condition unless the return relates to a defect, contamination, incorrect product or another legitimate quality complaint.
CWD Enterprise reserves the right to inspect returned alcoholic products before approving a refund or replacement.
Products that have been consumed in whole or in substantial part may not qualify for return unless sufficient evidence exists to establish a legitimate product-quality complaint.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns
CWD Enterprise is not generally obliged to accept a return merely because a customer:
-
No longer wants the product.
-
Ordered the incorrect product or quantity.
-
Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
-
Changed their purchasing requirements.
However, CWD Enterprise may agree to accept unopened and resaleable products at its discretion.
Where such a return is approved:
-
The goods must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
-
The products must be within an acceptable shelf-life period.
-
Proof of purchase may be required.
-
Transport or collection costs may be for the customer's account.
-
Any reasonable handling or other agreed costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Approval must be obtained from CWD Enterprise before goods are returned.
7. Wholesale & Reseller Orders
Wholesale, reseller, pallet and bulk orders may be subject to specific commercial terms agreed at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, pack sizes, variants and quantities before confirming an order.
Where CWD Enterprise correctly supplies a confirmed wholesale order, returns resulting from the customer's ordering error will be considered at CWD Enterprise's discretion and subject to the condition and resaleability of the products.
Products manufactured, branded, packaged or procured specifically for a customer may not be returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
8. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact CWD Enterprise and provide:
-
Your company or customer name.
-
Invoice or order number.
-
Product concerned.
-
Quantity affected.
-
Reason for the return.
-
Photographs or other supporting information where applicable.
-
Batch or lot information where relevant.
Please do not return products without first receiving return instructions from CWD Enterprise.
9. Inspection of Returned Products
CWD Enterprise may inspect returned products before approving a refund, replacement or credit.
The inspection may consider:
-
Product condition.
-
Original packaging.
-
Batch or lot information.
-
Evidence of damage.
-
Storage conditions.
-
Evidence of tampering.
-
Remaining shelf life.
-
Whether the product has been opened or used.
Where a product-quality investigation is required, samples may need to be retained for assessment by the manufacturer or relevant supplier.
10. Refunds, Replacements & Credits
Where a return is accepted, the appropriate remedy may include:
-
Replacement of the affected product.
-
Refund to the original payment method.
-
Credit against the customer's account, where agreed.
-
Another remedy agreed between CWD Enterprise and the customer.
Where applicable legislation gives the customer the right to select a particular remedy, those statutory rights will apply.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after the returned products have been received and, where necessary, inspected.
Banking and payment-processing times may affect when refunded funds appear in the customer's account.
11. Return & Transport Costs
Where a return results from an error by CWD Enterprise, or from defective or damaged goods for which CWD Enterprise is responsible, CWD Enterprise will arrange or bear reasonable return transport costs where required by law or agreed with the customer.
Where a return is accepted because the customer ordered incorrectly or changed their mind, transport and related costs may be for the customer's account.
12. Products Not Normally Eligible for Return
Unless defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise returnable by law, the following products will generally not be accepted:
-
Opened food or beverage products.
-
Products that have been partially consumed.
-
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.
-
Products that have been incorrectly stored after delivery.
-
Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling.
-
Products specifically manufactured or packaged for a customer.
-
Products that have expired while under the customer's control.
-
Products that are no longer in a resaleable condition.
13. Storage & Handling
Customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions appearing on the product packaging or other information supplied by CWD Enterprise.
Returns may be declined where deterioration or damage resulted from improper storage, excessive heat, freezing, direct sunlight, contamination, mishandling or other conditions outside CWD Enterprise's control.
14. Manufacturer or Supplier Claims
Certain products distributed by CWD Enterprise may be manufactured by third parties.
Where appropriate, CWD Enterprise may refer a product-quality complaint to the relevant manufacturer or supplier for investigation.
This does not remove any statutory rights that a customer may have against CWD Enterprise as the supplier where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Proof of Purchase
CWD Enterprise may require reasonable proof of purchase when processing a return or refund.
Acceptable proof may include:
-
CWD Enterprise invoice.
-
Order confirmation.
-
Delivery note.
-
Receipt.
-
Customer account transaction record.
16. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
